The reason they should cut it is mostly due in part to its name and the fact that it hovers...
The Jackal hovers
What a kickass unit! A rail gun that does splash damage and hovers! There is no way the zerg or terran can beat that. All you would need are a few jackals to flank the enemy then its game over for them.
I don't see how they can possibly cut this unit.

What is wrong with a hover? Its about time they hover for once. If they can hover their barracks, they should be able to hover their mounted units.
They need to show less hover and more shoot
